Camp Policies
Camp Deerpark is a sanctuary of God's presence. We want your time at camp to be refreshing and relaxing. For your safety and the consideration of others, we ask that you abide by the following guidelines. Your signed and returned registration form is your agreement to do that.

| Please show courtesy to other guests. |
| Please leave camp facilities, as you found them, reasonably clean with all furnishings and their equipment in their proper places. |
| Fire extinguishers are for emergency use only. Please do not use them to extinguish contained campfires or for other unnecessary purposes. You will be charged a fee for such use. |
| Please extinguish all campfires with water. |
| Fireworks, firearms, and other weapons are prohibited. |
| Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are not permitted at camp. Use of such substances will result in loss of camp privileges. |
| Sorry, no pets allowed. |
| Abuse of plant and animal life is prohibited. |
| Use of profane language is not permitted. |
| Your group will be expected to cover the cost of vandalism or theft committed during your stay. |
| Smoking is permitted only outdoors. |
| Absolutely NO smoking in any building. |
| Please make certain that the persons in your group are properly supervised at all times. |
| Camp Deerpark does not provide supervision of any kind. |
| A certificate of insurance, naming Camp Deerpark as additional insured, may be required. |
| Chapel Use - If there are two or more groups at camp on the same weekend, the group that is staying in the main house will have first priority for chapel use. We will do our best to arrange for meeting space for all other groups. |
